Q: I have successfully used serrapeptase to ease the pain of a morton's neuroma. Now I am having knee surgery for a torn miniscus and was wondering what dosage might help with the inflammation following my surgery.
Also is it ok to combine serrapeptase with SAM-e. -Jeff
A: Great news on the morton's.
The plan is the same for your knee surgery recovery. Start 24hrs after the operation, taking SerraPlus+ 1 cap x 3 times per day 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water.
It is fine to take with Sam-e and I have a new formulation (SAM-e Plus+) complete with the essential B complex and other other powerful ingredients. See it http://goodhealthusa.com/products/SAMe1T/ in a delayed release capsules to take it safely through the stomach to the small intestine for absorption.

Q: I am thinking it may be the higher dose of vitamin B, I have not been sleeping as well. I have been having trouble falling asleep & sleeping deeply.

Could the high dose of vit B, since it provides energy be interupting with my sleep? -Trudy
A: When are you taking the B? 5pm latest should be OK.

Q: Robert,

Thanks for getting back to me. I have been taking the SerraPlus 1x3 times a day, Jarrow formula Curcummin(I already had these) 1x3 times a day w/ the SerraPlus & B100 vitamins. I started this on Thursday of last week(today will be the 6th day. I also am taking a strong Probiotic & Saccharomyces Boulardii. I have been drinking lots of water w/ a pinch of Baking Soda.

I am feeling very fatigued & exhausted. Is this normal? -Trudy
A: It sounds as though you have an infection.

Q: Please send me the correct dosage/amounts of your formula to take to resolve this issue. I have been suffering with this condition in both feet since January of this year which can be very, very painful. I have had hydrotherapy, TENS, Massage therapy as well as custom Orthotics all to no avail. I started taking Serrapeptase beginning in July along with B-50, and Tumeric-Curcumin supplements in the folloing fashion:

Serrapeptase 40,000 units 2 capsules 3X/daily
Tumeric/Curcumin 500 mg. 2 capsules 3X/daily
B-50 Complex ( B1-50 mg. B-2 50 mg., B-3 50 mg., B-6 50 mg., Folate 40 mcg., B-12 50 mg., Biotin – 50 mcg., Pantothenic Acid 50 mg.)
2 capsules 3X/daily

Are these the correct dosages or should I change it or add anything else? Should I continue with the Orthotics even if they hurt? Thank you! -Cheryl D.
A: Those doses should be fine. I am not sure about the orthotics as it is not my area.
You should be getting relief within a couple of weeks and come back to me with your progress.

Q: I was diagnosed with cdif in June '12 after taking antibiotics for an ear infection in May. I took Flagyl for the cdif and now am taking a strong probiotic saccharomyces boulardii to get my intestine back to normal.

I got a Morton's Neuroma in July and have been seeing a chiropractor for it. I get some relief, but I am awaiting my order of Serrapeptase & am really hoping this will work! Please let me know if there is anything more I should do? Thanks. -Trudy
A: I recommend:
1st Line Immune Kit
Prescript Assist

Morton's Neoroma is a swelling on a nerve tunnel under the foot resulting in inflammation and pain which becomes chronic (because we continually walk on it). This is much like carpal tunnel on the wrist (because we continually use it).
I get about 7 out of 10 people getting success with this plan. There are no side effects nor contraindications, even in pregnancy.
See http://goodhealthnews.tv/serrapeptase/recovery-plans/mortons-neuroma

Important:
SerraPlus+ Capsules 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating - for inflammation
B4Health - B Vitamin Complex High dose take 1 x 2 times per day with a meal
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil, massage into foot and calf once daily - Improves magnesium and oxygen levels - good for runners as well.
CurcuminX4000 2 x 3 times per day with the serra - for nerve repair.
It is sensible to cushion the foot during recovery and seek alternative exercises to walking, running etc and lay on back and cycle legs in the air.

Recommended: It is certain that high sugar, processed foods and baked carbs goods are factor in all of your problems. This is sometimes referred to as the Hunter/Gather man/woman diet as it does not have any processed food food. We have a new web site www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com where we plan to post menus, meal ideas and food lists from the list below. It will be updated over the coming weeks and so keep checking it for changes. You can eat as much as you like of vegetables, nuts, oils etc even though you may lose weight they still provide the super nutrients for your cells. If eating meat/fish make sure they are wild oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackeral, etc) and grass fed meats (never grain or corn fed).

Avocados are one of the best foods for good health (1-2 per day is my recommendation and it is a fast food).

My recovery food plan (and anti-aging) and to maintain 'perfect Health' (pH).

Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do.

STOP all, starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastry, cookies, breakfast cereals, white rice, potatoes, and pasta), processed foods and cows milk products. These are inflammatory foods and will make healing more difficult. Try to stick to Quinoa and the other carb alternatives shown at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com for your health.
Eat some of the following foods every 2 hours.
Eat 10 to 14 small portions (about the size of your fist) of fresh or frozen veggies daily (in soups, juiced, stir-fried, steamed etc) 50% raw juiced (use the pulp in soups) (Organic if possible).
Eat 3-5 portions of beans, nuts and seeds (soaked and mashed for the nuts and seeds)
Eat 3-5 portions dark skinned fruits, (blueberries, cherries, red grapes (especially the minimum of 2 avocados daily) etc).
Hemp, or Krill Oil and other healthy oils such as olive oil etc
Drink 6-8 x 500ml glasses of distilled or filtered water per day with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda which improves oxygen transport.

Take 3 x teaspoons of Sea or Rock salt daily in food or a little water. (no table salts)
Exercise every day: start with lying on your back and cycling your legs in the air as this will improve circulation to your feet, legs and take the pressure of your heart and lungs when exercising. Get someone to hold your feet to get you started. Blood (oxygenated) is the bringer of life and health and it only circulates when you are moving. The goal is just 12 mins of vigorous exercise per day which studies show is the perfect amount. Poor breathing leaves too much carbon dioxide in the blood which destroys haemoglobin. Also, walk 3 miles per day when you are able.

Q: I have Morton's Nueroma in both feet. I also have burning and tingling on both the tops and the bottoms of my feet. Will the Serra help with these symptoms? I just finished a cleanse for yeast and want to make sure it will be safe to start the Serra. Also I had an ASD closure with an Occluder two years ago. Will it still be ok to use the Serra, are there any side effects or interations with this? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sooo much! I look forward to using this product. I have already started using the Mag oil and the Vit B. -Donna T., UNITED STATES
A: I cannot see any problem starting with the SerraPlus+. The ASD Closure does not use scar tissue to hold it in place which would be the only concern.

I trust you are eating a perfect really healthy foods diet?

Q: I have Morton's. Thank you for getting back to me. I was doing a cleanse for yeast for the last 7 weeks (stopped on Mon) so my diet has been pretty healthy. Although I was not eating any fruits because of the sugar. I am now introducing certain foods back into my diet. As I have lost a lot of weight and am hoping to put a little back on. I am however going to start eating more fruits that you suggest are low in sugar. I think maybe the cleanse and the way I was eating may have depleted my body of certain vitamins. After reading your info I started a B12 Complex sublingual and started using the Mag oil at night. I am going to order the SerraPlus as well as the Curcumin......but until I receive it in the mail I was going to buy the Serragold at my local Health Food store. Would this be ok for now...they have the Enzymedica SerraGold High Activity 100,0000 SU Serra, 80,0000 HUT protease thera blend and 50 mg trace minerals. I am anxious to start so I can start walking again and stop feeling pain and also the burning is driving me crazy on my feet. Not to mention my lower back is a mess. I also have 2 tarlov cysts in my lower back.....will the Serra also help these. Thank you again for being so kind as to answer me and for the healthy diet info. I have already printed out the veg and fruit shopping list. God Bless

Donna T.,

UNITED STATES
A: Yes the SerraGold is OK to start on. 100,000SU is about 55,000iu.

Q: Hi Robert,

I have received my Serrapeptase and have started taking 1 capsule 3 X a day.  I forgot to ask you before if it is ok to take Enzymes for yeast overgrowth while taking the Serrrapeptase.  I take the Enzymes at bedtime.....at least 30 minutes apart from the Serra.  I am having quite a few issues going on all at the same time and I'm trying to get myself back on track.  Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  Have a great day!

Donna T.,

UNITED STATES
A: Yes it is OK but you need the Prescript Assist as part of your clearing the yeast.

Q: Thank you I will try this. I have been taking a probiotic 3 X a day for the last 2 months, as I was doing a cleanse (CandiGone) for 7 weeks....but stopped almost 2 weeks ago because I am still losing weight. I have been on a strict diet....no carbs, sugar, breads, yeast etc. and I'm afraid my body may be off balance. I am trying to get it back in balance so I can start gaining weight again as I am a bit underweight now. I just started adding fruits back into my diet but have been staying away from bread, pasta etc. My neuromas started a month ago and then I started having other problems. Thats when I happened upon the Serra. I am also taking 1 Curcumin a day at night. I have a lot of inflammation in my lower back and feet....so I'm hopeful this will work. If you have any suggestions on how I can start gaining weight I'd really appreciate any advice. I am getting frustrated feeling the way I do and any suggestions you could provide would be great. Also, I just wanted to let you know my dad and Nanny both bought the Serra and have started it also. I'll keep you posted on our progress!

Thanks Again!

Q: Dear Mr. Redfern:

I have begun taking Serraptase for Morton's Neuroma.

I have taken 300,000 I.U for three days now, and the following symptoms are occurring:

-Both my feet are very sensitive now as opposed to the one (left) in which the neuroma is located

-I am having cramps (not too severe)

-My sleep is being disturbed

My question is: On your video, you mention one week to see results from taking Serrapeptase. So far, my neuroma doesn't seem to have improved at all, and is actually more sensitive than before.

Is this normal in your experience?

Clearly Serrapeptase is doing SOMETHING with the nerves, and that is encouraging.

I am open to a little suffering if the end result is there.

However, if this is pointless, I want to cease the regimen and simply have the surgery.

I am still hopeful with regard to Serrapeptase. You seem so confident in its power.

Please let me know.

This is confidential between the two of us. I certainly am not the kind of person to blast bad news to the public.

Sincerely,

Ron B., UNITED STATES
A: Ronald,

Q: Dear Robert:

I respect what you are trying to do.

I have been taking the B Complex as suggested in the video.

But, of course, the issue is Serrapeptase. It alone is touted as a miracle cure for Morton's Neuroma.

Rest and message are the ways that physical therapists suggest to treat Neuroma. I AM VERY SEDENTARY. I could not walk less unless I were dead. And, I have been doing massage for six months.

I cannot add yet another herb so long as the side effects of Serrapeptase are present.

Cucumin is an herb to treat nerve pain registration. It is not known to have any effect on Neuroma.

Robert, I am asking about Serrapeptase alone, since it is the primary focus of your web site.

I am not asking about message or oil or Cucumin or bed rest.

IS SERRAPEPTASE GOING TO SHOW SOME result if taken by itself with the B complex? That already is effecting my body, and not pleasantly.

Why would I ADD additional steps if the first two are damaging?

When one goes to a professional and the results desired are not there, he or she (the professional) is tempted to ADD something that the client hasn't done. For example, one could say that I shouldn't walk for five years, and THAT would take care of the Neuroma.

Please address what the site seems to promise for Serrapeptase alone. Is it effective without the traditional remedies, most of which I am already doing?

If not, I can take it like a man. But, let's not sashay back and forth whether I have done the massage or stood on my head or anything else. PLEASE ROBERT, let's be straight with me. The articles regarding Serrapeptase in terms of clinical studies by M.D's used Serrapeptase alone. No massage. No Cucumin, etc. Am I to understand that all of these articles are bogus? That there should have been NO positive result without magnesium, Vitamin B complex, and Cucumin. Of course not.

What is your take on why so far Serrapeptase has had a negative effect on my condition? Let's not dance.

Q: Hi Robert,

My husband (54, in generally good health) had surgery for MN (via top of foot) almost a year ago. (After years of injections, orthotics, etc) He has had a very very difficult time since. He is now experiencing more pain than before the surgery. He was referred by his surgeon to a neurologist who prescribed Neurontin, which gave him very limited relief (even after tripling the dosage). He saw a second surgeon who referred him to another Dr. for Radiofrequency therapy. ( To be done this Friday) In the past few days the pain has amped up incredibly. He now is experiencing intense burning pain, and is unable to put any weight on the foot at all. The pressure from a blanket laying on the foot is too painful. Last night I brought him to the emergency room, they gave him Percocet...this is barely taking the edge off. I am now reading about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome after MN surgery, and starting to worry.

Please let me know what you think might help. -Christine

Q: Dear Robert,

I have been reading about serrapetase. I am considering trying this for Morton's neuroma. I have also read that this is a natural pain killer. Will this block the pain and therefore need to be taken on a continual daily basis or will this help clear the problem and only need to be taken for a certain length of time. If it is a pain killer it seems that the cessation of use will result in the pain returning.

Thanks for your input,

Ilga K.
A: Ilga,

The pain associated with Morton's Neuroma is as a result of pressure from fibrosis pressing on a nerve. Serrapeptase will clear this fibrosis and of course the pain that results from it. If the cause of the fibrosis (eg vitamin or mineral deficiency) is resolved then the fibrosis will not return.

I recommend:
SerraPlus+ 2 x 3 times per day 30mins before eating with a glass of water
Also drink 6 other glasses of water with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda in each glass over the day.
Cut down on starchy carbohydrates and increase green vegetables and dark skinned fruits.

Q: Hi,
I am currently taking SerraEnzyme on the regimen for Mortons Neuroma and am having great results. I am in my 4th week of taking the Serrapeptase and may be pregnant and do not want to have to stop taking it. I know you have said that it is safe to take in pregnancy, but you did not mention why/how it is safe. How do you know for sure that it is safe to take during pregnancy?

Thank You

Q: Hello,

I just bought Serrapeptase and I'm very excited.  I have Neuromas, and inflammation from a stress fracture.  I understand I should take two tablets (40,000) each - three times a day. By the third week, I should reduce this? Isthat correct? Please advise.

Q: Thank you for your help.  I have been following your recommendation for two weeks.  I was wondering if you can tell me what to expect as far as how I will feel better.  Do most people feel better little by little, feel worse before they feel better or wake up one morning feeling 75% heeled?
I am putting my faith in the plan suggested, but also get anxious that it might not be working as I don't feel any improvement in the first few weeks.
Many thanks for the pearls of wisdom you can shed on this.

Mary D.
A: Mary,

Normally a month or two should see a big difference.

Q: Hi Robert,

Your plan has helped a lot.  I have been following it for a month.  I have another question.  I plan to keep up until I am sure all pain is gone.  Right now I would say 75% of it is gone.  I will be without some serrapeptase, because of my bad planning and the mail not reaching where I am for the holidays.  Would you suggest I lower my dosage so that I am taking some each day, or continue the regular routine and go without any for around four days?
Sorry for such a nitpicky question but I am passionate about correctly getting my foot in good shape again.
Thank you,

Mary D.
A: Mary,

Yes try lowering the dose so you have some everyday at least. Let me know when you are completely clear.

Q: I have endured the pain of Morton's neuroma for 3 years. My family Dr. put me on Celebrex. After 2 years I developed a stomach ulcer and ended up in intensive care for 2 weeks. After I got out I couldn't take any pain meds for my Mortons and life was becoming unbearable. Two months after the ulcer I bought the serra enzyme 80,000 iu. I took two or three twice a day for a week, then went to one twice a day. The Morton's pain decreased (almost went away) but I developed a case of loose stools and one morning I thought I saw blood in the stool. I went back to my GI and he told me to quit taking the serrapeptase, that it wasn't safe for those in my condition. I have to go back in to have them look over my ulcer site. Is serrapeptase safe for people like me to take ?

After only 2 weeks I feel better than I ever did on the Celebrex but I am fearful of another GI bleed. What are the effects of Serra enzyme on the GI system and is there any info that I can present to my GI doctor in defense of serrapeptase. I have to stop taking it now but I know that the pain will return. Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Brian
A: Brian,

I am amazed why the doctor has not fixed your ulcer problems. Are you suing him for ignoring the warnings about Celebrex?

It is possible the serrapeptase can irritate your damaged stomach. I suggest stopping it and concentrate on healing your digestive tract.
See the food plan below. Take the best quality aloe vera you can get, in the highest doses recommended. It should be fixed within a month.
Also take Gastro from www.GoodHealthUSA.com

If you have been on antibiotics then I presume you hav been taking Probiotics to support your own immune system. Many doctors around the world now prescribe them automatically when taking antibiotics that kill your bodies own friendly bacteria which then leaves you open to the next infection. If not see Probiotic14 as an example.

Many consider that processed foods and baked goods are the cause of your problems.

Avocados are one of the best foods for healthy digestive tracts (2-3 per day is my recommendation and it is a fast food).

My recovery food plan  (and anti-aging) and to maintain 'perfect Health' (pH).

Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do (see attached shopping ideas).

STOP all during recovery, all, starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastry, cookies, breakfast cereals, rice, potatoes, and pasta), processed foods and milk products. These are inflammatory foods and will make healing more difficult..  Try to stick to Quinoa and the other carb alternatives shown at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com for your health.
Eat some of the following foods every 2 hours.
Eat up to 14 small portions (about the size of your fist) of fresh or frozen veggies daily (in soups, juiced, stir-fried, steamed etc) 50% raw juiced (use the pulp in soups) (Organic if possible).
Eat 5 portions of beans, nuts and seeds (soaked and mashed for the nuts and seeds)
Eat 5 portions dark skinned fruits, (blueberries, cherries, red grapes (especially the minimum of 2 avocados daily) etc).
Hemp, or Krill Oil and other healthy oils such as olive oil etc
Drink 6 glasses of distilled or filtered water per day with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda which improves oxygen transport.

Take 3 x teaspoons of Sea or Rock salt daily in food or a little water. (no table salts)

Q: Hi Robert,

I saw some posts about taking Serrapaptase for Morton’s Neuroma in my foot. I saw several Serra products for sale on your website and do not know what to order. I believe a lady named Ann said you need to take it for 6 weeks and the Morton’s Neuroma might even disappear. Would you please tell me what to buy, the cost, what dose to take and how long?

Q: Dear Robert,

My wife started taking SerraPlus for Morton's Neuroma, within a few days the pain was reducing as was the heat her right foot produced at night. After three weeks she was unwell with sickness and diarrhoea and stopped taking the tablets. Two weeks later she started the tablets , but was sick again, she thought she was not fully over the stomach bug so she stopped the tablets.

Six weeks later she tried one tablet, within two hours she was projectile vomiting and with diarrhoea. She felt dizzy and had severe stomach pain and felt realy ill. So much so that I found her laying on the bathroom floor unable to move. She recovered after three or four days but is reluctant to take the tablets again in case she is allergic to the serrapeptase. As SerraPlus is the only answer we have found to reduce the Neuroma problem, can you suggest any way to take the tablets without the sickness?

I await your reply with hope.

Many thanks,

Q: I am going to order the SerraPlus curcumin4000 to treat my Morton's Neuroma. I noticed that there are several reports about varicose veins being helped by serrapaptase. What about spider veins?

Also, my boyfriend is a musician with frequent hand tremors. While it has not been officially diagnosed, it appears through the literature, he may be experiencing essential tremors as a part of dystonia. I wonder if his condition could be improved with serrapaptase.

I look forward to hearing your opinion.

A: Peggy,

I recommend the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil and if you have already ordered but it has not been shipped then phone them and ask for a couple of samples of the oil to be put in the pack.
Are you already taking a B Vitamin Complex similar to B4Health?

I will research your boyfriends solution but a definite diagnosis would be nice as I am always confident there is a solution. In the meantime the same four things may help him as it could be a nerve problem as is yours. I have attached food recommendations for both of you and you can see our site www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com. Food is the main factor in all health problems and amazing results for the most serious conditions. Keep in touch. There is a whole sub culture out their eating grain and cereals free and over 50% raw.

Q: Hi Robert,
I have been suffering from Morton's neuroma for several years now...one in my right foot (light, manageable pain), one in my left foot (severe pain, have had 2 surgeries to remove the nerve with little improvement).

I recently purchased Serretia (serrapeptase supplement by Arthur Andrew Medical, link: http://www.arthurandrew.com/human-formulas/serretia/) and was wondering if you had a recommended dosage, as the units are measured in SPUs instead of IIUs. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have no idea about this companies products and am very concerned with their untruthfull statments on their web site such as enteric coatings are using banned plastics etc.

I have developed the plan below over 12 years and as users have huge success rate with my Morton's Neuroma plan I suggest you consider sending the product back and follow this:

Q: I've been taking the 1 - 3 times a day of the 80,000 plus the curcumin and b vitamins for my returning mortons neuroma after 2 surgeries for mortons neuroma a few years ago. I've been doing this for about 10 weeks now and the swelling and annoyance has gone away quite a bit. I use my feet a lot for riding horses so will continue to use the above formula. I was wondering if I should cut down on the dosage of serrapeptase. I'm also taking benfotiamine, p-5-p, and an herbal blend for inflammation.
Hoping I can continue to ride horses and I'm 60 yrs. old.

Barbara
A: Barbara,

Keep taking this dose. I have taken it for 12 years and while I don't ride horses I do 25km treks over mountains here in Mallorca.

Q: Is Serrapeptase effective for pain relief from STUMP NEUROMAS or MORTONS NEUROMAS?

Janelle W.
A: Yes I get great success with MN with this plan below.
Morton's Neuroma Health Plan and Morton's Neuroma Health Activity Plan

Q: I have had Morton's Neuroma in both feet for over 20 years and in June 2012 had surgery to remove the nueromas (1 in left foot and two large ones in the right foot). I have had terrible tissue scarring and a poor recovery. what would you recommend for this to recover? Do you have a website for Australia for purchases? -Debbie, Australia
A: Debbie,
I wish you had found me before the op.
Take SerraPlus+ 1 capsules x 3 times per day

Q: I have been suffering from Morton's Neuroma since 2009 and I tried all of the conservative treatments without success. The cortisone injections didn't help and the doctor stated that my only option was surgery. Considering all the negative responses to surgery I opted to find an alternative. I came across serrapeptase and decided to try it along with Vitamin B supplements. I am pleased to say that it has now been nearly 4 weeks since I have needed to take a pain medication for my MN. I take 120,000 IU/day and the pain has subsided. I do have the occasional ache but nothing nearly as agonizing as previously. I plan on continuing with the Serrapeptase/Vitamin B regimen to continue this wonderful feeling of pain-free living. I did have one question, however; I still feel the "heavyness" of the neuroma. Will serrapeptase help in making my foot feel "normal," meaning having a completely healthy foot? I hope so. Thank you so much for allowing me to share my positive experience with serrapeptase. It has changed my life.

A: Issac,

Yes I have helped many thousands with Morton's Neuroma over the past 13 years since I introduced serrapeptase. I only added the B Vits and Curcumin to the plan a few years ago to improve the success rate. A good percentage have started this plan and within 4-8 weeks have been cleared. I personally have taken 240,000iu of serrapeptase, B4Health and curcumin, daily to maintain good health for many years. Imagine my surprise when earlier this year I bought a new pair of shoes and after a few weeks developed Morton's Neuroma! Not being used to pain I was annoyed since I was already taking the existing solution and had no new solutions. In desperation (I don't like pain) reached for a new electronic device called Pain Genie Good Health Naturally had just started stocking and with no real confidence treated my foot. It started feeling better immediately and within 20mins the pain was gone. It came back once the next day and a simple repeat of the treatment cleared it again.

All I was left with was the numb (or heaviness feeling) feeling you describe. I treated this for a few mins daily for a couple of weeks to clear the numb feeling. Now there is no Morton's Neuroma and no heaviness (and def. not I am not testing those shoes again).

Look at it here PAIN GENIE: http://goodhealthusa.com/products/Pain_Genie/

PS It gives FaceLifts as well

Q: Hello Robert,

Just a quick question!I have recently been diagnosed with MORTON'S NEUROMA in both feet and have had steroid injections. The first week was agony resulting in me using loads of ibroprfen amd paracetamol tablets. I came across you WONDERFUL product and have just finished 2 weeks course of taking 2 tablets 3 times a day. IHere is my question; today I dropped the dosage down from 2x3 a day to 1 x 3 and the pain which , incidentally HAD GONE by Thursday ( i.e. 12 days later) has started to come back. HELP! Do I need to take the 2 times 3 for a bit longer? Then what? Will I ever be able to drop it down to say 1 tablet a day? There are so many different instructions of how many to take. I am taking the  SERRAEZYME  80,000iu tablets. Please , if you have time, advise me as I LOVE your product and it truly has become a miracle for me. No pain. Many thanks.

Antoinette H.

A:

Yes take it for longer and try to nurse your foot for a little long. You may have started taking liberties too soon.

Q: Hi Robert,

I had morton's neuroma - so bad in my left foot that I could hardly walk on it - after reading through your website and emailing you - I have been on the serrapeptese / CurcuminX4000 and vitamin B50 B4Health for three weeks - this morning I've been to my podiatrist and she says its almost gone - i cant believe it - I can walk almost normal now - just the odd twinges - thank you from the bottom of my heart - she says that she also takes the serrapeptase daily and says I should drop to one a day and stay on them, what are your thoughts ??? I have also now started with a throbbing ache on my right foot , it feels like arthritis but it could be due to pressure with hobbling - will then serrapeptese help with this.

Many thanks,

Janet

A: Janet,

Yes carry on taking 2 Serraenzyme 80,000 and 2 CurcuminX4000 per day

Q: Hi,

12 months ago I broke my fibular ankle, and then I was advised I had Morton's Neuroma in my right foot. This causes a nerve to swell, I have no pain, looking for a product to make this go away, and not sure if this product can help me?

Regards

Paul S.
A: Paul,

I would recommend SerraEzyme 80,000IU caps and they are good for long term use.  Take 2 caps x 2 times per  for a couple of weeks and then drop to  1 x 3. I take this just for good health and anti-aging. See them at www.goodhealthoz.com
