Fruits and Vegetable Question

Question:

Good morning, Mr. Redfern,

I hope your day is going well. Did you have a nice stay in the U.S.?

Like I mentioned in my earlier e-mail, I am very thankful to you for all your recommendations/advice regarding healing and good health.

I would like to ask a question. Somewhere I read that one shouldn't eat vegetables and fruits at the same time. One should eat either fruits only, or vegetables only at different times in the day -- but not mix together ... is this so?

Thank you.

Lourdes A.
